14 Uplifting Bible Versus to Relieve Work Stress. If you ever feel the need to quickly study the Word to help relieve your stress, I have 14 great Bible verse’s to meditate on.

I am a Christian, however, sometimes when at work, I want to say and do things Un-Christ Like. I don’t always stop and have that WWJD moment. And unfortunately, not all of us can work in a perfect work environment where you have no stress. If you are in that perfect environment, please … raise your hand.

I do find that my days are much calmer when I start off meditating on the Word. But in my reality, I just do not get up early enough for that. So I find myself often skipping out on that moment to speak with God. There isn’t much room for self-reflection either.

When work stresses hit, I do find the best thing to do is take a moment, even if you have to go to the restroom to do so. Just be by yourself and concentrate on the promises and blessings God has in store for you.

Now I’m not going to go into a sermon here, no.. Not at all! But I do want to give you some great verse’s to meditate on. Just saying them three to four times in your head is not going to work either.

The Bible says to

Speak those Things

… so speak them into existence. God SAID let there be light. So it’s time we say what we need and want into existence.

Read through these Bible versus and see what really triggers that ummmpp in you. I’ll start it off with my favorite verse actually.

Psalm 75:7 But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another.

This is one I think we all need. Are you looking for a promotion because you 100% deserve it? Don’t try to act tough, don’t get upset at another co-worker who seems to be kissing everyone’s butt to get that role, and don’t stoop to any sneaky levels to make another person look bad.

Stop looking towards your supervisor to give you that promotion. God is your promoter. So do your best and know that He’ll give you that promotion.

Below are 14 Bible verses you need to get to know.

Psalm 75:7

But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another.

John 14:27

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Proverbs 16:3

Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.

Proverbs 16:9

Luke 21:19

By standing firm you will gain life.

Matthew 11:28-30

Philippians 4:6-7

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:28

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Psalm 56:3-4

When I am afraid, I will trust in you. 4 In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can mortal man do to me?

Psalm 103: 1-5

Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.  Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits – who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
